Mr. Okiyai has vast experience in Library Systems management spanning multiple institutions and organizations. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems from JKUAT and a Bachelor of Information Science from Moi University Mr. Okiyai has an interest in Digital Institutional Repositories, Integrated Library Systems, and Information Literacy. Mr. Okiyai is a member of the Christian Association for Librarians in Africa (CALA) and is the Current member of the Information Technology Committee of the Kenya Library and Information Services Consortium (KLISC) |
