Michael is a highly motivated, passionate, committed, and experienced Information professional. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Science from Kenya Methodist University together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Makerere University (UG). Michael has worked extensively in different institutions and organizations developing a wide range of knowledge in different library management systems and operations. He also has interests in the field of Acquisitions of Library resources, Library automated systems and operations as well as other academic interests in the field of Information and Knowledge Management, information literacy, Open Academic Resources, and Digital Institutional repositories. Michael is a member of the Kenya Library Association (KLA) and is the Current Secretary of the Licensing and Negotiation Committee of the Kenya Library and Information Services Consortium (KLISC) |
